NetTech Announces Expanded Help Desk Availability
In order to better serve our customers, NetTech will be expanding our help desk coverage to include the 7am to 8am (CST) time slot.
For many of our customers, business begins before eight o’clock. Access to dependable tech support shouldn’t impact operations for users starting their day before 8:00am.
Based on incoming support requests, NetTech has made the decision to offer help desk support for an extra hour on weekday mornings. Beginning November 5th, our help desk will be available for customer support via phone and email as early as seven o’clock.
We understand the first hours of the day are often the busiest, and we want to equip our customers with the support options they need to maximize their productivity throughout the entire day. Our newly expanded help desk availability is one of the measures we are taking to ensure we provide the best possible service for end users.
